Return & Refund Policy

General Information:

This policy shall apply to all products sold by Greenscapes until 30 days from the original date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return, refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. No partial refunds will be offered for any product sold by Greenscapes. If you qualify for a return, the item will need to be returned, exchanged or refunded through Greenscapes. You will have to return the item to Greenscapes at your expense.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a check will be issued.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Refunds could take up to 20 days to be received. If you haven’t received your approved refund in 20 days, please contact us at customerservice@greenscapesinc.net.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, exchanged or returned. Unfortunately, all transactions of sale items or discounted items are considered “final” and these items cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for any reason.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only exchange or replace products if they are found to be defective or damaged within 30 days of the original purchase date.  If you need to exchange an item that was purchased from Greenscapes for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@greenscapesinc.net. Once your exchange request has been reviewed and approved, you can mail your item to: P.O. Box 2079, Calhoun, GA, 30701, United States. You will be responsible for the return postage / shipping on the item to be exchanged.

Shipping Returned / Exchanged Items:

If your request for a return, refund or exchange of your product has been reviewed and approved, you should ship your product to: P.O. Box 2079, Calhoun, GA, 30701, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage / shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we will not be responsible for items that are lost, stolen or otherwise unreceived.
